CloudShip Shipping Policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States) We offer Standard and Express shipping options at checkout. Delivery times vary by carrier and destination but typically range from 3–7 business days for Standard and 1–3 business days for Express.

International Shipping We ship to over 27 countries worldwide. International orders are shipped via USPS, DHL Express, or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.

Free Shipping Free shipping is available on select products and promotions as indicated at checkout.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at armywillhite@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.
